How to use Sysprep

Today I needed to create a new virtual machine that had to be made unique on the network. So I had to remove all the machine specific data, such as SID info so as not to mess up things on the network.  The tools to use is sysprep, and it is important that when you run it you select the Out of Box Experience and select also the Generalize option.
