A much improved copy experience in Windows 8

Windows 8 copying is going to be very much improved in windows 8.

1. You can pause copying
2. Multiple copy windows merged into 1 window
3. Better conflict resolution

For me the best improvement is the the ability to pause copying.  What do you think about these improvements?
